How do you know your unscouted?
Not everything that happens, does because of something u did.
The one who got you scouted, most likely just did something naughty. Like touching himself, or someone else inapropriately. Or said something negative about a person who's not a straight white man.
Or, your scouter just vanished and let his/her/all of their account get nuked by the Tom himself, taking your scouted status with him/her/us/them.
Or your art really has gonne to shizzle, but I strongly doubt that it just gets revoked by making a couple of ugly pieces.

I got scouted to a dead account, basically the scouter never gonna touch this NG again
Edit: Well, sometime he touched, like a few months for one art he upload, still i feel bad for you, you can ask a mods to reset the scouting and ask someone to scout you again
