my art style is pretty good is just that my camera quality make it look like shit

U should upload some art

@kg2007 Get a new camera

I feel the same sometimes. There's artists that haves very detailed backgrounds as frick.

Well, every person who does art has their own artstyle, smooth or rough lineart, at the end, it's always good and fit for their artstyle

keep doing it. i’ve been drawing consistently for 3 years now and i’m really happy with how i look now

I’ve been doing this since I was like 3 months old

13 YEARS ?

The way I make my art look good
1. P R A C T I C E.
2. Anatomy references
3. Using inspiration and having fun
Yeah. That's about it, (^O^)/

I’ve been practicing anatomy but this shits hard as fuck

idk I jus keep scribbling until it looks good enough

False your art is good

I've been doing my shit since kindergarten and I still question how my art looks like shit too

Ur art is not trash, its cool and unique!!!!!

marshmallow with no eyes = easy to draw (but then again garble draws it sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo)

@Temporaryaccountnnys well youll never improve if you give up

Hey now :0 your art is totally good. The style of it is super pleasing on the eyes and unique. We are our own worst critics, after all.

If you want some advice I can offer this

1. Use a different program for your next piece. Many different programs offer different tools and brushes that may not be offered by others. I’ve seen people experiment and draw the same sort of drawing in two different programs and both versions of said drawing in question turned out VERY different. Maybe you just need some new perspective on your art in order to like it better, and that’s okay. I’m still getting used to using different programs for myself.

2. This kind of ties into what I previously said, but ask your friends about which programs they use to make their art :0 if you have a friend who has an art style you really admire, talk to them about it! They may be able to give you some pointers. A lot of my friends use tools VERY different from what I use and when I myself improve more, I would like to give it a go for myself.

Again, I’m mainly offering like advice on programs rather than art style improvement because I don’t see anything wrong with how you draw at all. I think learning to use different sets of skills can simply help you expand your view on how you draw, and help you learn to like your art a little bit better.

Anyways, how this helps ^_^ keep drawing bud. You got it.
