Different Bodies have Different Tolerances. Doesn’t matter the Substance. I’d Suggest either Cutting Back for a Good Bit, or Replace your Sources with different Caffeinated Products. Sugar itself is a Good Replacement’cause it’s Easier to Work Off. Though I’m Guessing More Addictive too so Mind That.
